Burj Al Arab – wishful culinary indulgence

As the year draws to a close, Burj Al Arab offers its guests a sparkling season of traditional festive celebrations with a mesmerizing display of decorations set against a legendary backdrop.

“This year we wanted to create a dazzling and truly exquisite setting for our valued guests”, said Heinrich Morio, General Manager. “We are hoping that our award-winning restaurants, luxurious suites and legendary service – along with an extensive array of festive indulgencies and our magical décor – will create a treasured experience for our visitors throughout the festive season.”

The award-winning team of chefs designed a range of mouthwatering festive dishes made from the finest seasonal ingredients. The culinary delicacies include seasonal white Alba truffle risotto, festive turkey accompanied by all the traditional trimmings, freshly shucked Kelly Galway Oysters and foie gras terrine. In addition, the menu will feature a selection of home-made festive treats including traditional fruitcakes, mince pies and a gingerbread house.

To complement the choice of culinary delights, the in-house team of mixologists will premiere “The Birth of an Icon” cocktail, blended from nine casks and distilled over the last 15 years. The drink, priced at AED 15,000, will be available from 1 Dec 2013 to mark the 15th anniversary of Burj Al Arab. Befitting the occasion, Skyview Bar’s menu will also feature Rudolph Cocktail, Christmas Flip, Red Santa and Santa’s Honey.
Burj Al Arab’s festive season runs from 10 December until 26 December 2013, with exclusive suite packages and dining offers available throughout the period.
